Service Engagements
Proposals and Agreements:
All service engagements begin with a proposal, invoice, estimate, or statement of work, outlining the scope, fees, and terms of the project in the initial consultation with the presentation on our legal and financial disclaimers, and confidentiality agreement. These proposal and/or documents must be agreed upon and/or signed by both parties before work commences.
Modifications:
Any changes to the scope or terms of the engagement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide all necessary information, resources, and access to personnel as required for the completion of services, including installation scheduling and any required access to the property where filtration systems may be installed.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments:
You may schedule appointments through our website, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Fees:
All fees for our services and products are as listed in the proposal, invoice or as communicated to you at the time of agreement.
Payment Methods:
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle and checks. Full payment is due according to the terms outlined in the engagement agreement.
Refunds:
Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
